Getting into Ketosis.
I’ve dropped my carbs down to a goal of 40g (10%) and I’m starting to get sleeeeepy and whatnot- obviously this is a good sign, just have to push through!
I’ve been to the gym every day this week (besides Monday because I was celebrating Australia Day with my family), and that is all thanks to my wonderful supportive boyfriend-(note to self: thank him for this)
Also! Booked an appointment to get my hair done in 2 weeks. Pink here I come!
